“The people who are sensitive in life may suffer much more than those who are insensitive, but if they understand and go beyond their suffering, they will discover extraordinary things.”

Jiddu Krishnamurti

this is for those who:

  • Feel strongly and deeply.
  • Identify as sensitive or highly sensitive.
  • Soak up their emotional surroundings like a sponge.
  • Are aware of what lies beneath the surface of situations.
  • Are intuitive.
  • Are greatly empathic.

if you want:

  • To gain clarity around your experiences of these traits.
  • A space to express yourself fully and without judgment.
  • A collaborative partner who understands what having these traits is like + knows how to thrive with them.

I know first-hand what it can feel like...

  • Sensory overload.
  • Internal confusion.
  • Internal overwhelm.
  • A struggle to understand yourself.
  • A struggle to understand your relationships.
  • Emptiness or boredom.
  • Circumstances are stacked against you, and what you really want for yourself.
  • Restlessness.
  • Disconnection.

Personally, I used to exist as a dispirited outlaw who frequently found herself in cycles of drama with others. Sometimes, these cycles made me feel “alive.” Other times, I wanted to exit the planet. Most often,
I’d say I was living in a fog and had no clue what the heck was going on.

Does any of this resonate?

  • Being stuck in long-lasting situations that aren’t propelling you forward.
  • Doing/being everything for everyone but yourself.
  • Withdrawing, or really wanting to.
  • Wondering how there are people in this world who function proficiently on multiple levels at the same time – with their health + finances + relationships, etc.
  • Coping with life by smoking, drinking, scrolling, watching tv, eating poorly, staying busy or overworking.

I’ve been there^ and still visit.
But the ultimate outcome when you’re in these states chronically
is that life, overall, feels indistinctly unfulfilling.

You might experience any of the following:

  • Off-key relationships.
  • Untapped potential.
  • Lack of meaning or purpose.
  • As social life that doesn’t fit you, or an element of fun that’s altogether missing.
  • Burnout.
  • Feeling triggered by small things.
  • Feeling emotionally “checked out.”
  • Discomfort with different forms of intimacy (an intimate moment, conversation, etc.)
  • Fear of being seen for who you really are.
  • Chronic health conditions like autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, pain, fatigue, gut health issues, or hormonal imbalance.

It all makes sense.

As a sensitive person, you are connected to the subtle. If you deny that or don’t know what to do about it, you could find yourself purposefully flying under the radar, frequently feeling stressed out or anxious, regularly complaining, merely “going through the motions” of life each day, or secretly wishing things were different but disbelieving that they can be.

You are not alone in this^ It happens to the best of us, far too often, and understandably. Society itself tends to lean toward associating sensitive, emotional beings with weakness and shame. If you, too, tend to lean toward this thought process, then yeah, you are going to feel suppressed by all that you sense as a sensitive person. And what happens is, if you don’t let them out, emotions get stacked on emotions in your body like boxes get stacked on boxes in a storage unit. These emotions hold a lot of weight in that they direct your behavior and can manifest as health conditions.

There is another way to do life.

If all you know is that you want to feel different from how you feel today, that is a big head start. You don’t have to have the rest figured out right now. You only ever need to ask yourself, ‘what is the next best step I can take?’

I’m calling in the deep ones

The ones who want to sort through their thoughts and experiences with a deeply perceptive coach and ally.

My goal is for you to build the personal capacity needed to make living a more authentic and enjoyable life accessible to you. It’s for you to work with your traits instead of against them.

I don’t want you to feel confused, overwhelmed or stuck anymore. I can’t promise to take those feelings away, but I can support you in the process of moving through them and past them.

I help the deep feeling/sensitive/aware/intuitive/empathic people of the world. Using a holistic health approach, I help them navigate their lives in a way that feels true to them.

To want to break free from difficult life patterns is a worthy and perhaps most important pursuit. It may feel impossible, but it’s not, and you don’t have to do it alone.

What will you & me do together

My 1:1 coaching service allows us to explore key parts of your psyche, including the parts that run on autopilot, while also collaborating on ways to improve your physicality. It’s a mind + body combo pack, and it’s delivered in a way that aims to stay within the limits of what your nervous system can hold. So that you can experience more life on your terms.

It’s possible for you to feel re-inspired.

“I learned so much from Jill, especially about being spontaneous. Just booked a cheap hotel in . . . so I can be on the beach in the morning. F--k it, why not, you know?”

What comes up for you will depend on your character, lived experience, who you are today, and who you want to be.

My Method of Coaching is Uncomplicated

You don’t need the production of reliving a trauma in order to heal it. Instead, you can build up your tolerance, bit by bit, for what’s going to move the needle the most on your well-being.

What I value:

  • Personal development, growth and leadership.
  • Positive relationships.
  • Empathy and sensitivity.
  • Freedom and authenticity.
  • Health and healing.
“I was going through a tough time when I met Jill and was absorbed in what I was dealing with. It consumed me. I was rarely present, not able to see and feel what was happening around me. Jill gave me support in multiple different ways. She allowed me to be emotional and vent but also encouraged me to keep perspective and not get swallowed up in my issues. Jill helped me understand that I wasn’t alone . . . She provided a balance of emotional support and tough love, seeming to know exactly what I needed and when . . . I had physical symptoms at this time as well which Jill also helped me understand. She helped me narrow in on specifically what was bothering me and worked to get to the source of it. She offered solutions . . . and these made a difference.”
“With Jill, I learned how to understand that the food I was consuming was affecting not only my physical body but my mental health as well . . . I am able to help control some of my anxiety and panic attacks through [targeting] a healthy gut.”

My coaching encourages:

  • Shifts in thinking.
  • Increased understanding of yourself, and how to make decisions accordingly.
  • Personal evolution.
  • Self-governance.
  • Healthy eating, and other forms of self-care.
  • Stronger relationships.

Don’t settle for the belief that your problems will be your problems for the rest of your life.

Consider this:  Maybe you don’t even have a “problem.” Maybe you didn’t need transformation, like, yesterday. Maybe you are exactly where you need to be at this very point, and now it’s simply time to gain momentum to reach the next stage of your life.

I help people recognize their key patterns and break through them, so they can feel empowered as they navigate more life.

“To summarize what Jill did for me: Jill gave me a perspective on my issues and a sense of spirituality that I never had before. She helped me be more present, get out of my comfort zone, and grow. She encouraged my healing and expanded my mind. As a result, I wanted to be a better person. I wanted to get back to the person I wanted to be in high school.”

Working with me

You get to decide your pace when we work together. There isn’t automatically a list of steps or lots of homework if you don’t want there to be.

1:1 with me includes:

  • Personalized coaching or *mentoring from me via call or video.
    *mentoring = coaching minus accountability
  • Exercises, worksheets and reading material based on what we focus on during our time together (these don’t exist if you don’t want them to).
  • Slack support M-Su.
  • Post-session notes including recommendations and links re: things that may be helpful for you. Any action items that are mutually agreed upon will live here, too.

My style

I’m a trusted collaborator. Genuine and down-to-earth, I’m someone who’s going to be fully on your team as we journey through what comes up for you.
I ask a lot of questions.
I am a direct communicator.
I’m reflective and analytical. I listen + I love taking notes for us to look back on.

My approach

  • Intuitive – What I do is mostly instinctual and not formulaic.
  • Holistic – Caring for you as a whole person is the only way to do it in my book.
  • People-centric – You are at the center of our work.
  • Root-cause – Getting to and working with the core of an issue means our work will go deep, and it will inspire better and more long-lasting results.
  • Experiential – I promote bio-individual forms of nourishment, realistic expectations and long view thinking.

My focus is for you to be conscious of your sensitivity in all the ways that affect your health and life. It’s for you to Be Aware of Your Energetic System. We will visit your history to learn from it, while also stepping you toward present and future actions that are right for you.

Working with me is for you if...

  • You know that having a coach is a system of support. You are the one that gets to make the fundamental changes in your life.
  • You want change. You’ve made an enemy of envy and want your curiosity, open-mindedness, and desire to learn/grow lead you into this next chapter of your life.
  • You live in your head and either want real-word, practical application of knowledge, or to simply vent and make some sense of your internal world.

Working with me is not for you if…

  • You want a quick cure to illness or reversal of symptoms. Overnight is overrated.
  • You want change to happen in a linear way or on a specific timeline.
  • You already have all the answers, or you don’t want to talk. During the actual calls, talking is the crux of our work. If you feel like you are looking for more of a somatic (body-based) practice, I am not a good fit for you currently.
“It’s [unnerving] for me to think about where I would be without Jill. My thoughts would have continued running the track in my mind over and over again. I may have become angrier and not willing to grow. I think people want a change after going through a traumatic experience. Jill facilitated that change for me and I am grateful for that.”

Cost

For new clients, I offer a package of 12 sessions. Calls are bi-weekly with your choice as to whether we’re on video or not. Calls are 55 minutes long, and you have direct access to me through Slack in between them. The total price is $1250.

For returning clients only, you have the added option of scheduling a single session with me whenever you’d like. The price is $130, and the session can last up to 90 minutes. xo

“Jill is the utmost professional and [most] compassionate coach I have ever met. Her dedication to her clients is phenomenal.”
“Jill was the bridge to my new life in so many ways.”
